Michael Jackson tributes appear all over U.S.

Today, millions of Michael Jackson fans will sing and dance in mourning. After the official statement of his death, fans quickly decorated his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with candles, flowers, posters, and balloons. As sunrise came, there was even a man sketching a picture of Michael Jackson on the sidewalk. Wreaths were hung on the gates outside of the Los Angeles home where the King of Pop collapsed Thursday, and hundreds of fans gathered outside the UCLA Medical Center, where Jackson was pronounced dead. It is a sad day for his family and fans, but he will always be remembered. His music will live on. R.I.P Michael Jackson.

Charles Hamilton claims J Dilla as EP on his new album.

Charles Hamilton has messed up. Recently, the Sonic-Wannabe/Rapper has credited the late legend James Yancey, AKA J-Dilla, as an EP on his upcoming release. Tensions and questions began to rise inside Detroit and inside the families that were associated with Dilla. How did Dilla's name end up on this particular album, and who is Charles Hamilton? Many statements began poppin up on the net from Detroit artists and associates, and they can all be basically summarized with one sentence: Charles, you have gone too far.

In fact, Detroit rapper Marv Won launched out a new track, "Chucky", produced by none other than the great Mr. Porter. My friends at Allure Sound ( have a great post containing the song from Marv and also alot of info. about the whole situation. Props to these guys for putting this together. I will be interested in seeing how Chucky will respond, especially considering how he has been caught in lie after lie for about the last week.
